By accessing or using the Sarvajna platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by the ISKCON India Youth Council (IIYC) specifically for the dissemination of transcendental and educational knowledge.
2. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to administrative data.
- Scraping, downloading content in bulk via automated scripts, or distributing copyrighted materials outside the platform.
- Using the service to store or transmit malicious software or harassing other users.
3. Intellectual Property
All content within Sarvajna, including texts, images, and documents, are the property of ISKCON IIYC or their respective creators. The Service is provided for your personal, spiritual, and educational use only. No commercial use is permitted without explicit written consent.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
